Good raise here preflop? With limpers i usually raise preflop on the bb with the hands that we play at mid position and check the rest, and at the small blind i raise with the hands that we play in early position and limp with the rest. What do you guys think?

The hand is played good but I don't like your thoughts especially in the SB.
You should often Raise with AQ and 99 from the SB when there are limpers in the hand. On NL10$ they very often have total garbage hands and will fold to a raise which is free money for you.
If you get called you have a solid hand.
The disadvantage of being out of position should be overcome by raising 0.10$ more when raising from the blind, your postflop decisions will get easier by doing this.
So overall I like the 0.80$ raise here ;)
