Uhmm...hard one.

You have to ask yourself, what a limp/callingrange of a player in early position is - this is most of the time #1 Pocketpairs #2 Some kind of (suited) connected non-facecard hands.

So there is a high likelihood that he did hit a 3, a 8 or that he has a pocketpair and players on NL10 usually won't fold anything when they hit it, so I do not really like the continuationbet here. You sit in position, just take the check behind and see what happens at the turn. If you don't hit the turn and he donks - just fold. If you don't hit the turn and he checks - check it down!

If you face a flop here that you want to cbet, I think it's ok to shove here because with a continuationbet you would commit yourself to the pot and thus you can't fold with 6 overcard outs.
