The problem is that you got an id check.

We do make some sample test to protect us against people trying to abuse our offer. Actually you got an email with further instructions perhaps just check your spam directory or your tickets at pokerstrategy.

I check my mail everyday, i already followed any instruction. Sent my id twice to support@pokerstrategy.cc. That's like 3 days ago

I've started this subject a long time ago. But i still got no reply or no money from you guys. They (support) ask me to verify my id and adress. I sent both the documents ( id and bankstatement) like a thousand times, but still got no reply or money like i said. I'm getting very disappointed by you guys.....:(. Please do something about it!

Did you try this yet? Something seems to block your e-mails as far as i understand

we did sent you an e-mail on the 9th march that we still need a proof for your adress. And we are still waiting for that.

That can be the backside of your ID card or an returning invoice like your telephone or electricity invoice. Your rental agreement would also be fine.

So please don't blame us for that! We always reply to mails or stuff we get from our members. Perhaps just check your spam directory.

I've sent another time my bankstatement to support@pokerstrategy.cc and security@pokerstrategy.cc. So there couldn't be any misunderstanding that i didn't send any...

I just went downstairs to the support to finally solve your problem.

And after checking some stuff we found the mistake. Your first mail was adressed to support@pokerstrategy.cc so for idchecks we just check security@pok... so we already got several of your mails but didnt found them.
