Some way to "remember" the value of money is to play live also. It's a different thing to take the money out of your pocket.

But my opinion still stands: it's not a bad thing not to give a crap about money. As long as you don't go beyond the common-sense limit.

Example: i care that i win or lose even as low as 20$. But it's not something essential. The same for more money. And i certainly don't buy anything because it's cheap, i may buy it because it gives me some sort of benefit ( the curse of studying economics, you'll always think cost:reward no matter if that cost is 1 cent).

And if you think about playing poker as a business, keep this in mind: anything better then 3-4% per year is GOOD!!! Making like 50-100% per year is a freakin dream!

Your bankroll is a company: it has some capital and it gives huge returns. You cannot say you are entitled to use all the money, since then you wouldn't have the "company". So you need to keep it there (the $) and live off the profits.
It's like you bought buildings, equipment, etc.
