If it is low stakes NL like 10 or 20c then it is fine.
For instance I run like 13bb/100h and have simillar nonshowdown winnings.
You're running at almost 10 bb/100 so I'd say there is no reason to worry about this.

How can you give advice about play without seeing his stats? Maybe he CBs 100% of the time already and needs to bet less.
