Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]MP3$27.28:///////;CO$5.78:///////;BU$25.50:///////;SB$24.40:///////;BB (Hero)$37.51:///////;MP2$45.23:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9:s, 9:h.
2 folds, CO raises to $0.65, 2 folds, Hero?

CO is 19/15/2 on 500 hands
fold to 3bet 76%

Should i fold here, 3bet small or shove?
Also what to do with 88, AQ, AJ, KQ in this spot?

against 19/15 99 is shove
He has 23bb so every 3-bet that you´re going to make, you need to call shove
So better to put all the money in with fold equity and he might easily call there with lower pp-s
I think 88, AQ; AJ is also shove, with KQ I might take flop and go from there
