Should i fold here, 3bet small or shove?
Also what to do with 88, AQ, AJ, KQ in this spot?

against 19/15 99 is shove
He has 23bb so every 3-bet that you´re going to make, you need to call shove
So better to put all the money in with fold equity and he might easily call there with lower pp-s
I think 88, AQ; AJ is also shove, with KQ I might take flop and go from there
