No, I honestly think this river line is fine. When villain's AF is 1, and his agg% river isn't much more than 20%-30%, he probably doesn't ever bluff the river (except maybe in the most obvious spots). But judging from his stats (where is his WTSD, anyhow?), I'd say he'd call you easily with weaker hands, like 5x hands, weak straights (which are plenty) and maybe even overpairs. Taking reads from player habits on the river will get you a many buck.

I'd bet the river around 10-9 dollars and fold to a raise. Check call is a lot worse, simply because the villain will rarely bluff and while he might occassionally do a bad valuebet with a weaker straight, he more often than not will just be happy to check behind hands you would have gotten value from. For that is the M.O of Omaha.

The flop play is weird do, since villain checked in postion on the flop, with so many draws on board, the only logic hand I can think of, since he raised pf is hands like AA77, I doubt he has a 5 in his range (4567ds range maybe).

On the turn, he just calls, what narrow his range, 2 the hands above, but is feelingwise a bit unlikely.

Since he was so passive on the flop and turn, I think your river bet is the best play to abstract value in this situation. But the strange flop and turn play makes me curious, so I probably call, in this spot.
