+1 , also important to add that a free card on that multiway flop is a disaster.

I think fold is probably a little better pf, but if you think BB, most likely UTG+1 call then I guess call is ok
I would lead out that board, since you don´t mind getting money all-in on the flop and basically every card hurts your hand
I think b/f river is fine, players usually are not bluffing in plo and to raise there with trips or flush, I guess players aren´t that bad even plo10

You really can't check a top set on the flop
