I have a few examples.
MP raises to 4bb, CO calls 4bb,Hero is SB and raises to?
MP raises to 4bb, CO calls 4bb, Hero is BTN and raises to?
So basically do you chance the squeeze amount being OOP/IP?
1 fold, MP raises to 3bb, 1 fold, CO calls 3bb, Hero raises to?
1 fold, MP raises to 2bb, 1 fold, CO calls 2bb, Hero raises to?
And how much do you raise with it being a smaller opening raise.
Oh and how much if there are 2+ callers.
