I am really disappointed. 2 times I sent my ID and you asking me to send once more. On my ID you can clearly read where I am from and how old I am. Yes I deleted some numbers but JUST MY PERSONAL NUMBER and ID NUMBER which u should not be interested at all. Alsou my signature was deleted of course. There is nothing wrong with ID which I sent.
Show me where is written that my ID must include my personal number or ID number.

I am sorry to hear that you have been having problems, however please note that it is vital that our support team can see the ID clearly and all the information they require.
Please liaise with the support team as to which parts of the ID you can or cannot blank out.
I can reassure you that your personal information is treated in strictest confidence, will only be viewed by a support team member and only for the purpose of ID verification. Moderators for example do not have access to any members details.
