I've been raising and 3betting villain's limps and raises a lot. This time I decided to call. Villain is more like calling station.

I must say i'm not used to playing deep stacked.

his line on the flop indicates a lot of strength. He calls/min-raises there... After that he value bets turn and river 1/2 pot. On the river it is a clear fold to me. May be even fold the flop after the min-raise.

I wouldn't raise the flop. You don't have much to protect from, plus they would fold worse hands than yours and call the better ones.
MP2 has a pretty low AF. A call and than a min-raise looks like a set to me.

why do you call turn to fold river
I think I would just fold on the flop. Players rarely take that lines with air and I think he has there set or overpair a lot of times
If you´re want to call him down it is fine, but with deep stacked I think folding flop is likely the best line
