I think this hand is pretty standard. He has position on you and 3betting any two is quite OK when playing heads up. Stop worrying about such losses, improve your game...

1) BB has position in HU match;
2) 3-betting any two is OK is HU match;
2) Phil Hellmuth is an excellent poker player.
