I'm okay with the raise, I wouldn't openfold KQo seven-handed from MP2, but its definitely a fold after his 3bet. Most of the times he is gonna call you down, I think when he 3bets preflop he actually has something. If the flop hits you I would consider skipping the cbet depending on the board texture and the postflop stats of villain, attempting to checkraise big.
Raising should be fine unless the players behind are overly aggressive. That said just fold to the 3bet, nh.
