I know its terrible play but would it be ev+ to shove the flop? If i had the 9 id sure do

Shoving is not a bad idea but I like calling more. If you shove, he's likely not calling with worse, and if you call you have a deceptive not-obvious double gutshot draws to go along with your flushdraw. Also he can slow down on turn giving you the opportunity to bluff-fire river in case you completely miss.

Turn is a bit tricky, but I think you must choose between shoving and folding due to the stack sizes. His second barrel on this wet board looks strong. It's hard to narrow down his range, could be something between top set and a pair with flushdraw. Perhaps folding is a bit better because shoving will never make him fold and calling and folding to a blank river just hurts so much.

On the Flop i like calling too since a raise would fold out lots of weak hands an just leave villain w/ a strong range.
As played i agrre w/ Jackalof on folding Turn. His line looks quite strong and semi-value-float call on the Flop proved to be an ok option.
