BU is a TAG and I think he often tries to isolate the fish so an easy 3-bet.
Flop and turn is nothing special.
But what should I do on the river?
I don't like check/call because he will check behind weaker hands and bet better ones.
Bet/fold I fear that I fold to often to a bluff in this bigpot.
And bet/call is ugly too. 
He is not too passiv. (1.5af or so... grabem doesn't gimme my stats :/ )
