i personally dont think any government or state has the right to execute someone for trafficking drugs, taking someones life should only be decided by the man upstairs and not some body or entity put in force by man himself. I mean its not unusual that your hear about these stories in these third world countries that still live in the stone age..i mean hanging someone?? come on what is this? the medieval age...in saudi arabia they behead you as well which is even more primitive.

That's not what I was saying at all, and I think you know that. I'm saying they are, or can be, geniune people who do care about other people and don't want people their selling to to develop a problem. As people, they aren't just heartless morons (Or at least not all of them) who care only for their profit.
Of course the only reason he is selling drugs is for profit, but the only reason the majority of people work is for profit.
