Whats really so special abouth this hand? I think u cant raise his turn donk here in a multiway pot so you have to calldown in this situation.

You just got out-drawn. No big deal right? Happens to all of us.

The thing is tho...u cant really get angry when u lose a hand like this. Because if u do it will make u go on tilt to much.

Maybe you should quit playing poker.
I know it´s frustrating to see the fishes winning all the time, sometimes you see a total maniac raking in pot after pot and winning lots but it´s not the same fish that does it all the time. I used to be like you and got really mad when i got drawn out but now after a lot of more hands I have learn t to laugh at there stupidity and I think to myself "just sit there and win a few pots i´m gonna have you money anyway" and smile. Better to loose pots this way then being outplayed not knowing what the heck just happened.

Of course worse than that happens too. One out cases (drawing to four of a kind or a straight flush) exist, for example. You'll lose with everything short of a royal flush given enough chances, it's nothing to quit over because one hand, two hands, ten such hands won't cripple your bankroll. Well, it might for you, but you did win $21 from a tournament, no? You can't've run through that already at 0.05/0.10

Try to think this way: You will experience this same situation a thousand times, with the same holecards, the same flop, turn and river (given you play a long time). Villain has a range here, with many possible holdings, some more likely, some less likely. A percent of the time, he will will have K9 and you will lose. Thats inevitable. You dont know when this will happen, but it will. In these situation you should think of his whole range and remember, that for each BadBeat you receive, there are many other holdings in his range that you will win against on the long run.

Some coach once said after a BadBeat: "Ok, if we'll do this a thousand times more, he will be sleeping on a parkbench and i will be driving in my new car"
