your hand history is missing something... why did UTG+2 act after the big blind :O

indeed, something happened with the hand history, but anyway the situation is the following, I am on the SB and push in the BB. Is it any 2 push spot here or not?

This looks like a good ATC spot, and 83s is significantly better than 83o.

According to the ICM, the BB needs 59.48% equity against your range to call (ties count as 69% of a win). So, even if he puts you on ATC, he needs to have a top 20% hand to call. (Nash calculator.) Stealing the huge blinds 80% of the time is great, and you aren't dead when called.

I think most players won't have the guts to call with hands like A4s or KTo which are in the Nash calling range. Many players would mistake getting crippled with busting out, even though it is possible to bounce back. Unless you think you will get called wider than the Nash calling range, push the whole Nash pushing range, which is 100% here. That you got called by AJo, well inside the Nash calling range, shouldn't discourage you from pushing. If you get called by 33, A4o, or JTo, then you might worry about pushing ATC.

It depends on the BB. If he is a solid player, he will call here tight enough so we can push atc here. When you have any loose reads about him, i also wouldn´t push atc here.
