I know that going all in with KK is not advisable on micro money tables. I had K/K. I used the PokerStrategy advice and bet 4 times the BB + 2BB for the players already in. I got called by two players and there was an A in the flop. I checked and when I saw one of the two bet I folded . That was the right choice since both players had an A. One had A/5 and the other A/J.
And I had my proof that the advice here is good. On micro money tables players don't know when to fold.

If I would add that, I could just let all KK in the graph, which are very profitable, 9500BB+ ~2450hands.
KK is surely profitable overall. But it seems that in all in cases I'm not doing so well. I should take NightFrostaSS's advice and choose my allins more carefull, also to be more inclined to fold against unknown full stacks on rush.
There's one situation where from my experience you can get it all in preflop profitable... against midstacks, they almost always have a worse hand.

No idea where the video is but a video was made from pokerstrategy that included something called the "non 4bet theory" which basically goes like this: suppose you raise KK preflop from early position and someone 3bets. Don't 4bet. Just call. If you raise AQ+ TT+ from early for example and someone 3bets then you can call most of your range (except AQ and maybe TT). If you 4bet with KK for "value" and QQ, JJ are folding then what is the sense? However if you call and the flop comes rags they might feel like they need to go broke. After all they do have an overpair in a 3bet pot. Of course you don't do this vs everyone, only against the TAG regulars. Against fish it is still profitable to 4bet and stack off against their AJ or whatever.

How about let's shove every hand we want to play all in preflop because we might get to actually make some tough decisions postflop otherwise

This is only KK. You have to select "All in preflop = true" to see only your all-ins.
And i said i never fold preflop but I have a couple of time when the I had enough hands on the villain and 3 bet was 1% or less.
Trying to argue wether KK all in pf is + or - EV is just pointless. In some spots it will be, in some spots it won't... It depends completely on position, image and opponents. As for wether it's +EV to get all in in NL200 FR from any position against any opponent it seems to be -EV...
Now a real question i've been wondering about: Is it +EV to go all in with a straight?????
I seem to be breaking even with straights lately, so if someone could maybe list the pros/cons about all ins with straights that'd be great!
