I received a message form HEM customer service.

I have to try their beta software and let them know if it works. Currently i am at work so i will do that later so around 6pm CET.

I will post additional informations later.

But 888 poker has new software since yesterda.

If i check your preferred seat FAQ it links me to the old client.

Before on Pacific all tables were with 10seats nometther if i played FR all SH.

Now there are new tables and we can choose what is our preffered sit. So there are some changes.

I think that with this preferred seating FAQ i wont be able to configure that correctly.

I managed to do it.

But i dont like new software so much that i already made a withdrawal request.

The point is that u have to do exactly like it is written in HEMs FAQ.

U just have to be careful in seating preferences.

If u use as preferred seat right on on bottom than you have to choose in seating preference number 4 instead of number 5.

You can still use the old software if you dislike the new one.

this worked for me as well

and what about new software, played today for a few hours and its actually not that bad, i think it just takes some time to get used to

The new software takes some getting used to and I didn't like it at first but after a few thousand hands, you actually start to appreciate the additional features a bit more.
