so nobody wants to talk to you ^^
i will give it a try :P

10 hands in one thread... hmpf

1) would you 3-bet the turn if co would have a higher af ?

2) pretty standard isn´t it ?

3) i like playing your draw passive here. but the river looks weird. is it converted correctly ?

4) :)

5) don´t really know if its better to raise the flop or to call the flop and raise the turn... and i think i will never know it
is it possible to fold against a turn 3-bet (after call flop/raise turn) when your opponent has 0,2 af ?

6) :)

7) as you said. i really think you are beat on the flop and there aren´t many cards you would like to see on the turn and the river.
i saw that he has 0,0 af over 20 hands... how many hands do you want to have to make your decissions based on the statistics ?

8) :). but i wonder if a check/raise is that much better than a donk. in this case i think there is a good chance that co will bet so i like it :)

9) :)

10) hm maybe its good . no idea
but don´t you think that you have an easy fold against this opponent when you bet the turn and he raises ?
could you explain your line a bit ? :)

puh i hope i didn´t write too much random bullshit ;). normally i would read my post again but now i´m just too tired :)

THx for posting. :)

Most AF value are wrong because of Texas Grab'em...

1) Only vs LAG/maniacs I guess. :)

2) correct

3) SB was probably allin.

4) ;)

5) With the action this is wa/wb even against more aggressive ones. (not vs LAG -->maniacs)

6)

7) I'm not sure but I think someone told me that I should call the 3-bet for metagame reasons. (If they see me raise/folding they will do it way more often to exploit me.)

8) Correct, CO was a TAG and I want to isolate him. The board is dry and he will even bet most of the times vs 3 people.

9) :P

10) No I don't have an easy fold here to a raise but bet/calldown should be a line too. But at this time I didn't knew anything about bet/call for bluff induxce here but I read something about check/calldown on a paired flop so I tried it.

I don't know if the hands are all correct now but I think I lost them all. (Not sure here again.)

5) oh i did a mistake here. i thought we can get him to fold some hands but this is dumb because it would be only hands that we can beat anyway :P

7) ah ok... never thought about something like this. think it gets more important at higher limits ;)
whould you fold the turn then ?

10) hm okay ^^. but at my limits i think i would still run away when this guy raises me on this board without thinking about :)

but whats about this af stuff ? i mean imo its better to post no stats than posting wrong stats ;)
are there any other mistakes when you post hands via texas grab´em or is it just the af ?

and one last thing:
hope you don´t mind if i ask: how many hands did you play on 5/10 until now ? and how does your winrate look like ? :)
can you tell me something about your brm ? i think at these limits most people move up in limits with 1000bb or something ?!
what do you reccomend for lower limits like 2/4 or 3/6.
because i want to tighten up my brm a bit and i´m thinking about moving up with 750 or 1000bb. but i think 1000 might be a bit too tight for 2/4 :P

and the last question:
how big are the skill differences between the limits ?
i heard many coaches or highrollers talking about it but it seems that they totally disagree with each other :P
some say that 1/2 is a "strange" limit where many people have problems beating it. others say that the first big difference in terms of skill is when you are moving up to 2/4.
and some even think that the skill level at the limits 1/2-3/6 is pretty much the same and then there is a HUGE boost when you move to 5/10.

so what do you think ?

sorry for asking so many questions. but hey its you job to answer them

Ok didnt read your guys comments yet. I do know the PT stats are incorrect. Lets give it a try

1) Standard right? Could have donked the river.

2) That turn cap smells like a set. Easy 3-bet on the turn tho because he cold be semi-bluffing or raising a low PP.

3) Whats the point in 3-betting the flop? I dont think i can make them fold in this situation. I would only call the 3-bet on the river tho. MP2's flop raise and turn check looks like a FD. And his actions on the river suggest he made his flush?

4) A river raise would be bad. Check/call river?

5) Why dont u call flop/raise turn here? Pretty standard calldown with an over-pair to the board.

6) Np in calling down here.

7) Definatly fold flop 3bet.

8) Nh

9) Nh

10) Strange hand im not sure abouth this one.

@ frzl yes 7) is a fold at the turn then.

10) He can calldown any A-high evn K-high and Q-high is possible because of his high wts.

I was to lazy to edit all the AF stats because I have to look for them at my DB which is much work. ;)
Often stats are not very necessary and more often the AF isn't important so I thinks its better to have at least some stats.

I played now 40k hands at 5/10$ SH and I'm in my biggest downswing everyso I'm not motivated enough to play much atm. Because of the downswing my stats are negative so I will try to improve my game and start again to beat it.

My BRM was alway very high and I tried to make 500BB at every limit. 2/4$-3/6$ SH should be ok with 500BB and from 5/10$ SH on I had 1000BB. ;)

The skill requirements goes up with every level and to be honest I didn't really realized it.

As I started with 2/4$ everyone told me that it was much harder to beat it and yes it was harder as 3/6 and 5/10 is too. But if you don't stop learning you should beat all these limits over the time with no problems. (Ok atm I don't know if I beat 5/10$ (stats wise) but there are so many bad players that I think I do ^^)

My english isn't the best today. ^^

@ wilm

1) I don't like a donk here because there are not many draws that can raise the turn as a semi bluff.

3) Only reason to 3-bet here is for a freecard. :)
Btw I beat most flushs so I think its an easy cap here.

4) A check behind with a 9 also. I think that I have to bet here to avoid giving him a freesd.

5) I want a calldown from A-high and no 3-bet at the turn from a higher pp or set. Maybe he even 3-bets his AK here. :)

7) True but as explained abover I can't fold here every time because of metagame reasons.

1. Well played, you cant 3-bet the turn against this opponent.
2. Well played.
3. Nobrainer raise river!! I would 3-bet the flop for a freecard, but coldcalling is not a mistake
4. No, fold turn - you have to discount your outs.
5. If you can fold against a 3-bet, I would play call flop, raise turn to protect your hand. But raising the flop should be ok.
6. Yes, well played.
7. Tough against unknown, im not sure
8. Ok.
9. Pretty standard ;)
