Agreed, there's alot of leveling and history going on that you're not aware of. If players are openly able to exclude you having the top part of your range after calling, you're really limiting your options postflop. On lower stakes this isn't a big deal because the players aren't very attentive, and your edge is sufficient. If you're going to have an edge at this level of play, prepare yourself to up your thinking many, many levels and to make some unorthodox plays which at first might seem to not be the highest EV option available, but in the long run might make your opponents play differently, causing them to make mistakes or play certain hands differently.

Doyle Brunson lost his cash game winning streak, durrr won for the third time in a row at HSP and I still miss A.J. Benza.
best episode yet.
I've never really seen Phil Galfond play until this season. I wasn't too impressed with how he played. But really he made some really great laydowns, and i think very few people could have layed those two fullhouses down. I would have gone broke for sure.
My favorite part was the Deuces call by Lex. What a hero call 
but this time the person actualy gets it right instead of looking like a donkey.
edit: btw, I think it's pretty stupid to say they are bad players. Exept for Mike he's an asshole lol. If you could play better you would be sitting there. I like the quote from Barry greenstein it goes something like this "yeah your unlucky, unlucky that you don't play better"

I would say that Mike is a bad player but probably is playing fairly optimally for this situation.
Eli Elezra is definitely awful. Hated how Doyle played this season (results aside). Phil Galfond was already my hero and his laydowns were just sexy <3.
Lex's call was kinda standard IMO. No idea why Doyle decides to overbet and thus polarise his range. Just bet smaller to rep overpair+ rather than non-nut straight+

Most importantly the deepstacked nature means that you can't reveal so much about your handrange preflop. Eg if you coldcall QQ you can flop a very deceptive set.

Ive been a big fan of HSP since the start. Season 2 is still my favourite, i miss sammy at the table and all the players seemed a lot more relaxed back then.
