As a beginner, some quizzes to help reinforce the basics would help. Basic poker calculation (pot odds) and outs quizzes would help a lot. Learning the theory without testing it before you "go live" could be expensive for us fishes.

Additionally starting hand quizzes would be great - questions like "you've been dealt QJs in middle position, everyone calls what do you do?" Basic for everyone else but good practice for the beginner.

I agree with the video comments as well. You should aim for 10-20min videos, so breaking down larger topics into smaller chunks would be ideal.

Other than that, I love this site. Great handouts, and the forums aren't full of littlebigmen who just want to rub your nose in your mistakes.

More hand judges so that they could actually be more ocncentrated on evaluation
or less work for Kaitz, FE someone else could evaluate NL10 and beelow

Hey THESHade,

thank you for your feedback! Kaitz20 indeed judges a lot of hands, but I have no doubts he is capable of doing so. However I will definitely have a closer look at it to see if there is a need to adjust things.

Regards,
Timo

Hi guys,

First of all I want to thank you for your ideas and feedback. It is our ultimate goal to be the best poker school. With our strategy articles & quizzes, videos, live coaching sessions and hand evaluations, we are offering a well-rounded package that effectively supports you in becoming a successful poker player.

We are always relying on your feedback to further improve ourselves. Only by really understanding your requirements will we be able to adjust and optimise our educational material. Most of you are happy or even completely happy with our educational material; nevertheless we are always striving to improve.

First of all, I'd like to give you a short overview of the immediate action we are going to take following your suggestions.

MTT/SnG
The most significant part of your feedback was regarding new MTT content. We are treating this seriously and are already working on new videos and articles. Currently we are working on new articles regarding multi-table SnG´s and there are a couple of new MTT-Videos coming as well. In addition, an 8 part shorthanded SnG series is in the pipeline and will be released soon.

Other topics
We are working on new content in all game types. There will be some PLO content as well as a series about psychology of poker. In addition, we will release more columns and quizzes. Some of you may already have seen the job offer for a voice over artist; our goal is to translate even more excellent content to English.

Conclusion
We have adjusted our educational content output based on the feedback received and have set an internal date for the next customer feedback poll. However suggestions from students are always welcome and encouraged. If you ever feel our poker school is lacking in an area, please make the effort to post in our forums and we will promise a swift response.

Overview: your feedback

MTT/SnG:
Most of your wishes are regarding MTTs and SnGs. In detail:
• SnG quizzes
• 6-max SnGs
• MT-SnGs
• Turbo/ super turbo tournaments
• Small buy-in tournaments

Historically, tournaments have always been FR so it was simple to have a couple of coaches doing all the material. Now with all the variety available in tournaments, we are working on acquiring specialist coaches to provide the material you deserve.

No Limit Holdem:
• More NL Full Ring
• More NL Heads Up

There will be new FR content, but I am happy to announce that we will release a 6-part NL HU series soon. There will always be a steady stream of NLH videos as we see this as an integral part of any coaching site’s material.

Fixed Limit Holdem:
• Playing LAG

Players are asking to be taught how to go broke very fast (aka LAG) J, we will start work soon on material with a new coach that will cover this topic.

Other topics
• More hand judges

We are currently in the process of checking the quantity / quality of our hand judges and fixing any issues to give the best possible service here. Our hand judge list changes month to month so attention is required to assure quality stays high.

Summary:
We have recently taken on new staff to deal with the increased output required by the educational department. After an initial settling in period, users should see a marked improvement in the quality of videos (and if there isn’t one, we’re sure you will let us know pretty fast!)
