taavi posted similiar notes when I was writing this, but anyway...

@ result-orientedness: I think what you are trying to do is certainly a step in the right direction. By not posting it here, you mean that you won't even look at it yourself, or that you just won't post it here? If the latter, then it kind of misses the point.
Some "tricks" I use to reduce result-orientedness:
-HUD placed over chipcount at table+autorebuy switched on (of course you can't use this in tourneys)
-not checking how am I doing in a session
-i've set my HEM to not use colors for distinguishing winning and losing sessions
-i've moved columns containing $$ all the way to the right and scrolled to the left so that I can't see them (they can't be removed :/)
-lately I stopped checking my BR

+one big trick: I've read The poker mindset

Maybe you can apply something similiar for yourself.

I have already 12BB auto top-up and start with 12BB at the table. Placing HUD over my chipcount is good idea.
Today I palyed a session, I didn't look in cashier nor into PT3 and I think it really works. I knew I was really deep in red at one table but wasn't sure how much and huw much in green at other tables and played on. After session I saw that I was almost -30BB in first 80 hands. I think if I knew I'm that quicky losing, I would play worse or ended the session. This way, I ended later when I didn't feel comfortable and saw that I made a small profit.

I think I won't stop looking at my result after session soon. I think it won't do any bad if I check it after I stop playing.

Not checking after session is something that imo helps when you have series of bad sessions. You keep losing and that could affect your game. Ideally you won't even know how you are doing => something like a downswing no longer exists for you I think it's quite achievable, because often you really can't tell if you are up or down for the session.

Well today, I tilted a little. Something with my internet connection gone wrong. And I didn't quit immediately... don't know why. I also tried RUSH LH and I think now it's better for me right now. Because I sometimes find myself in situation when something is happening at all tables and I make bad decissions often. In RUSH, I can think of each decission and not have to look at other tables simultaneously. That makes me problem. So i'll play RUSH for some time probably. Traffic isn't big (70 people) so I think soon I'll have stats on many of them. But I don't know PT3 RUSH - how to mark hand?

Well, today I think I played my best possible poker. I made good thin value bets, I believe I made good folds and run extremly hot ♠_love: I seemed to hit everything. I love A-high flush vs K-high. I played RUSH, and I think I can concentrete much better than when multitabling. I hope I will do better in future when I gain more experience and make decissions faster.

I played a bit tighter than three first days, especially from SB. I saw that I lost pretty much from SB, that's why. Now I almost never overlimp SB after 1 limper. I still overlimp something like 86o from SB after 2+ limpers. Is it good or I shouldn't overlimp from SB at all? I also tightened up with A2-A7 because I think I overplayed them , mainly from early positions. After yesterday's somewhat gloomy thoughts, today I feel perfectly fine with my play.

I think I should take a break from poker. It's beginning to be boring for me. Again I wanted some NL action. I will probably take a break to find out what do I actually want and expect from poker.
