if the extra rake outweighs the 1$ he gets back from the pot (I dont think it would) it would actually be better for him to fold, but you cant really rely on anyone using that logic and people will just spite call you anyway ^^

The extra rake taken from the 50c (his 50% share of the dollar) would make the fold correct IF he hadn't already put $2.75 into the pot, you have to factor that into your calculations

I've been always wondering why do people move allin while playing the board.. And i still dont get it. I mean, any player who knows at least basic rules of the game is gonna call you. Sure, once in a lifetime you get a donkey to fold, but stil.. is it worth it?

If there is $2 in the pot then good push. It is a standard +ev call for anyone with half a brain so that means you add like $1.25 rake for no reason.

More rake = more PS points = More strategy articles = Better playing = Making fish fold when playing the board
