Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$1/$2 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Known players:
[tg]UTG1$244.40:///////;UTG2$188.75:///////;MP1 (Hero)$558.90:///////;MP2$264.35:///////;MP3$111.95:///////;CO$200.00:///////;BU$222.30:///////;SB$271.85:///////;BB$319.25:///////;[/tg]
Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K:s, A:h.
2 folds, Hero raises to $6.00, MP2 calls $6.00, MP3 folds, CO calls $6.00, 3 folds, 2 folds, BB folds.

Flop: ($21) K:d, 2:c, 9:d (3 players)
Hero bets $14.00, MP2 folds, CO raises to $44.00, Hero ???

He is 14/9/ 1800 hands / 3 bet 4% / WTSD 24 / AF 3

What is correct play on flop here? He has either Kx, FD or a set. Some players also play QQ / JJ that agressively so that they know where they stand in the hand (they get usually free showdown vs AK all the time so it is cheaper than bluffcatching).

Equilator says I am ahead (if I have his range correctly?)

Board: Kd 9d 3c
Dead:

Equity Win Tie Loss Hand
Player 1: 65,692% 59,589% 12,206% 28,205% AhKs
Player 2: 34,308% 28,205% 12,206% 59,589% JJ+, 99, 22, AKs, AdQd, AdJd, AdTd, KJs+, QdJd, JdTd, Td9d, 9d8d, 8d7d, 7d6d, 6d5d, AKo, KQo

And if I get it in there is nothing to wait for, right? If I am bet, I am beat. If he has a FD, he wants to invest already on flop. If he is on bluff, he will not invest more unless he overdraws me.

He can probably have more tight range against which I am still flipping so I just ship it in here almost always?

Board: Kd 9d 3c
Dead:

Equity Win Tie Loss Hand
Player 1: 50,670% 39,327% 22,686% 37,987% AhKs
Player 2: 49,330% 37,987% 22,686% 39,327% KK+, 99, 22, AKs, AdQd, AdJd, AdTd, KQs, QdJd, JdTd, Td9d, AKo

Why? Do you think he only calls his FD here?

+1
Because of that particular 14/9!!! villain.

He has there 22 or 99 to 90%.
And even if he plays A2s nutflushdraw like that you are just flipping.

Nh if you folded.

Agree with Anin. I'm not 100% familiar with FR stats and afaik 14/9 actually isn't that tight in a FR game, but I think in this case he might even show up with K9s.

I actually don't really expect him to semibluff with his FDs too much since your range for openraising and cbetting into 2 people is quite strong - he probably puts you on at least KQ+ and KK+ with the occasional cbet/fold from 88-QQ and some NFDs.

So if he knew we're even folding AK here it would be a nice move to bluffraise, but usually when I assume something like this and decide to get it in I have to realize once more that on the lowstakes no one thinks like that - and if they do realize it's a good spot to bluff they still don't do it because they're afraid of losing a pot.

And FD has probably smaller fold equity on Axx board so it may be better to play FD passively in his position here? That narrows his range pretty much so I have clear fold, right?

Thinking about it, if I were him and had FD, it is probably better to just call, right?

if i were him and i had the FD, i would raise for sure, because i'm so tight and everybody thinks i have 22 and 99 there ;)

Of course, me too.
But what should/could hero do oop?
Maybe ch/c flop, ch/c or ch/shove turn to non-diamond, ch/f river in any case?

If we can get TPTK to fold we should definitely raise.

I think betting still is the best play. The whole point of the argument for folding to his raise is, that he does not bluff enough to make continuing with our hand worthwile.
Therefore we should still bet: sometimes he might raise a draw, but usually he has us crushed.
The times he calls we can be confident and continue to bet for value.

In case he starts raising a lot in this spot we can easily adapt by just not folding to his raise anymore.
