@mbml - I had the same development on NL400 rush like you. We have discussed it here as well FTP RUSH - NL400, NL200 fr, help me I am doooomed... !!

Btw I have only like +1bb/100 on NL200 rush over 250k hands and I am effectively breaking even only on NL400 and feel I can´t play that limit profitably. So after my swing in November I rather moved down to NL100 to rebuild bankroll and selfconfidence.

After 5 days playing at NL100 (only 30k hands) I am comfortably +3bb/100, and it feels so cool exactly as Joaneas said - you know what they have and what they gonna do ♦

IMO it is worth playing higher limit just for the experience as long as you are at least +1bb/100 and have bankroll for it. So I wanna move up to NL200 very soon, just need to rebuild bankroll of around 5,000 and then will need some coaching. I hope to beat NL200 3bb/100 soon as well.

Jonas - I will grind up 1,000 more and then would like to do that coachings with you on NL200. It may be soon in December

Wanted to take a day off today. 1 hour before I had to leave for the birthday party I realised I need to rake a bit for the rush week. 2k down in 30 mins, but at least I will get my $250 bonus

Im such a spewmonkey, I really need to go back to some more standard thinking. Probably only nl200 for the next of the month. Not only is 400 way tougher but I just seem to tilt a bit from the swings on that limit. I thought my mindset was pretty good but in fact i still cry like a baby when i have some 3-4k swings in one evening.

self-awareness and being self-critical is crucial sir! rest comes with experience.

hf @ bday party and dont care too much about the win or loss of $$$. its just some numbers on the screen or some chips if u play live. we have enough money to live a balla life anyway, so no need to worry about some bb

When is EPT Prague? I live in Prag until the end of December and then move to Gibraltar to PS headquarters. If the event is in December and some of you come I´d be glad to meet you.

It is at NL100, but the theory question there is applicable also for NL200 and NL400 when I was playing before my swing came FTP RUSH - NL400, NL200 fr, help me I am doooomed... !!

I sometimes feel that weekends are tough as well. I would say

1) evening generally softer than during the day (probably because working people go back from their jobs and lose their $$$ During the day pros are online but fish work. So evenings are better)

2) weekends generally tougher than working days - and I don´t understand this ??? Any thoughts why?

but most of em pla more during weekend, yes, they play during a week as well but they dont sit there 12 hours straight ...

Today I have played PLO exclusively and must admit that I really like this game. So much more possible actions. When you can compare NLHE to draughts, PLO is definately chess. Watching some Galfond vids today as well, what a hero

Watched 2 PLO vids today and played 4 hours or something on PLO100 rush.
What can I say.. Wow. Incredibly maniacish plays. Every1 is 300bb deep and has 3bet % of 15%+ and its not that they are all regulars.. Downside is that it is extremely swingy, stacks are flying everywhere

First day:

Positive note: didn't tilt a single moment, I think that it is because in PLO you expect to have swings. So thats why it didnt affect me I think.

After all, we only feel emotions when things are not going as expected

Will post some hands later tonight. Now some more vids
