Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer your second starting capital as PartyPoker sent us the following error message:

"Account is closed, deemed inactive OR a duplicate OR put on hold due to possible violation of our player Agreement"

Please email customer support at PartyPoker: info@partypoker.com with the following message:

"PokerStrategy.com tried to transfer $50 to my account but it didn't work for technical reasons. Please explain exactly what it is I must do or what issues need to be resolved with my account."

As soon as you've heard back from PartyPoker, please reply to this ticket with your PartyPoker username. I will then transfer the second starting capital to your poker account.

Hi MrBig87,

The 2nd starting capitals are promotional and specific only to the platform stated and if you haven't already got an account there.

If you do already hold an account, I'm afraid the offer does not apply.

If you haven't previously held an account at Party, please contact the PartyPoker support team as recommend in our own support teams message and then let PokerStrategy's support team know what they say.

Sorry, but we cannot transfer the second capital to an already existing account.

You still can benefit from other nice deposit bonuses or freerolls on plenty of other sites.

As far as I know you must not have an existing account at that platform, regardless of whether it was originally tracked to PokerStrategy or not.

I am sorry but that's not possible. We cannot transfer the money to a different poker room, because the money is restricted to PartyPoker only.
