i have to admit that i don´t really get your flop and turn play. first of all i would prefer to just call the flop raise after BTN folded because it´s hu and you are ip (standard line).
after that you can decide if you want to raise the turn or not depending on the turn card. e.g. the Q wouldn´t be that great :). with the 9 i think it´s close and depends on your opponent. i tend to just call. if he is check raising a lot with weak pairs, gutshots etc. it´s definately worth raising imo
as played i would definately bet the turn.
after you checked behind the turn you have to call the river getting 7.5 to 1 and some draws still busted
