I'm pretty sure we're beat here. 815 hands and autorate say's he's semi-loose/passive. btw.. how can I paste hands with stats if I copy them from pt3 ?

Preflop: You can even add one BB for the reason that we are OOP, so therefore ~$0,30.
Postflop: Seems to be pretty standard against passive opponent. We can't really Call there, he will very often have us beat. Good fold!

how can I paste hands with stats if I copy them from pt3 ?

Not really sure if PT has such a feature. But I usually just paste the hand and write my own the stats from the opponent while I have open the hand history.
