That's sick but I guess I'd make the crying fold there. Since he is pretty unknown opponent to me, and we can't be sure that he is doing that as well with some TP type of hand which has flushdraw with it. One option what I sometimes use is that I just Check behind for pot control, although betting for protection should work as well but when raised when I am making the crying fold. Since I don't really expect him to do that there very often less than flush.
