I saw Top set, Second quads and third Quads all-in, money in after the river as well.
But it was only in a tiny stakes tourney on pokerstars ages ago.
No screenshot, wish I had been quick thnikning enough.

I once dealt a hand in a self dealt poker tourny at a casino with AA, KK and QQ, they got it all in preflop, and I put a 9 high straight on the board. Good times!
i had royal against quad As too ♦ was about a year ago only in a $1 or $2 SNG shoved KJ 
into aces with about 5bbs left and then busted on the bubble anyway
