Is this headsup or what? If this is a headsup play I guess I'd even Call it, although if not then it's pretty hard to make such a Call against his line unless we have some good reason to think that he is bluffing. More often I see him doing this with hands like Qx but the question is how many worse Qx he has in his range. I don't think that many, therefore I guess folding shouldn't really big mistake there, sometimes even safer. 
Although sometimes they might have slowplayed some overpair there as well, therefore it's kinda close. You have so many hands on him that you should know his play a lot more than we do from only those few stats.

It was a 6max table, but everyone left. I'm not sure if he is adapted to HU play or not (i did not....).
I have a lot of stats from him, but i dont really know which stat could help me in this situation:
c/r: flop 8%, turn 9%
aggfreq: flop 24%, turn 21%,
Wtsd:22, w$sd:58
But he is -16$ in his 2,7k hands.
Sometimes i saw some weird stack offs from him, so i think he tilts some of the time. But this line doesnt seem like a tilt-push-line. I'm multitabling, so i dont have any more direct reads.
I guess folding there should be fine. Just if we take into account his W$SD it's pretty big and I expect very often have him here a strong hand. Therefore not much wrong. Although sometimes I really don't get his line, when he even had a very strong hand, why is he trying to get it in on turn. More often he has there the Qx only I guess or even bluff.
