Villain: 28/13/1.7 during 40 hands.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

BB ($7.68)
Hero (UTG) ($10.75)
MP ($7.43)
CO ($44.87)
Button ($26.58)
SB ($13.26)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K, K
Hero bets $0.30, 2 folds, Button calls $0.30, 1 fold, BB calls $0.20

Flop: ($0.95) Q, 7, 8 (3 players)
BB bets $0.20, Hero raises to $1, Button calls $1, BB raises to $7.38 (All-In), Hero ???

Do we call here? I don't think there are many hands that we beat and he would play them in such a way.

Hello Bliausmas,

Since he made a small min-bet on flop I guess it's just inducing you to raise. Therefore I guess I am more often inclined to keep it this way and fold the hand and give him the pot after he decides to shove it. I don't really think that he is taking such a line with a Jx type of hand and also I don't think he would do it with draws. Why should he do it with draws when he is like getting perfect odds to Call, unless he really thinks that we are folding our OP there against his shove or whatsoever.

Best regards.

Yeah, fold is what I made. Minbet and shove looks super strong here, especially into 2 opponents, and I've seen some similar lines before, and it were monster hands.
