Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant.Base 0.99 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 6♠, 6♣
Hero raises, 3 folds, SB calls, BB folds.

Flop: (5,00 SB) T♥, 4♠, 2♥ (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB raises, Hero calls.

Turn: (4,50 BB) Q♣ (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls.

River: (6,50 BB) 2♠ (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls.

Final Pot: 8,50 BB

When he checks to me I put him on weak showdown-able hand which don't want to get raised on turn or some tricky check-raise with monster or sometimes draw. Are my value bets too thin? There arent that many 4 in his range sometimes he can have a T.

against him to be honest i'd bet either. he has maniacstats so far and i don'T believe that a guy with such unreasonable stats could even check/call a T here and it doesn't even make that much sense though you opened from MP2 and you could easily have AQ or KQ but with a VPIP being that high he could definitely have some 4x or A3 A5 in his range. on the first impression i would valuebet two times but what was your impression about him at that time? basically i would not bet the river but just based on the "maniac-read" i'd bet as basically too often your opponents c/c's with Tx 77 88 99.

I didn't see him doing anything too crazy, just delaying top pair+flushdraw to raise on turn 3 way, overplaying top pair, donk bluffs on scare cards, basically he was playing in such way that his lines could mean alot of things, those where my impressions.
