3-betting the river here is overplayed. If you had a 2-card-flush it would be ok but with the one-card flush it is a clear error IMO (except against a maniac).

If you know that opponent and know he`s a maniac then a reraise is ok. Against a reasonable player I would not reraise anyway. The problem is, that if you are behind, you lose 2 big bets because you cant fold to his cap, whereas if you are ahead you win only 1 big bet because your opponent will only call your reraise if he doesn`t have the nuts ans hes only a bit reasonable. So your read must be correct here at least 2/3 of the times (a bit more in reality because of the rake and the possibility that your opponent might fold a worse hand where you gain nothing).

I know that this wasn't proper play in "normal" game. That's why I posted this hand here for you to confirm this to me
