I'm guessing that you need a tracked account, other than that I'm afraid I don't know what the other criteria was.

Keep an eye on the news & forum pages for other events and always ensure you meet the eligibility criteria to enter.

I'm afraid there's nothing we can do if you don't meet the criteria. I'm currently searching for this, but tickets are issued automatically to those who qualify so I'm guessing you haven't met it in some way. Sorry.

How can I play?

* You need a PokerStars account created via PokerStrategy.com
* Your PokerStars account needs to have the SilverStar rank or higher
* Once you fulfil these two criteria, you can register for the freerolls
* Registration opens two hours before each freeroll's starting time

Freeroll details

* You can play in a total of 12 freerolls
* Each freeroll has a prize pool of $5,000
* The freerolls start every Monday, between February 7th and April 25th
