As played, flop raise more for protection, and getting it all in will not be bad with your overpair and gut straight draw.
As played, turn I'll chk behind. He could have an ace easily, (A6, A7, A8, A9, AT to AK) or even if he has an 8x, he wun fold to your 1/2 a pot size bet, esp 78, 89, 8T etc. See that's why you shld raise more on flop. 1/2 pot bet on turn is really bad here cause u commit your stack in and u dun achieve much fold equity.
As played river is a definite fold to me. He is so unlikely to bluff here given that u show so much strength on flop and turn. And your stack is smaller than the pot so it makes no sense for him to bluff there. Furthermore from the way he played I don't see any hands that you beat on the river. (maybe Jx or 6x but is so unlikely)
