0.05/0.10 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q♣, K♣
MP2 folds, MP3 raises to $0.20, 3 folds, Hero raises to $0.50, MP3 calls $0.30.

Waiting for yr comments "KQ is a fold against a raise" but still I tend to not take it as a raise in some spots. Against a known player I would decide from situation to situation or due to my reads of the opponent.
Flop: ($1.05) T♣, J♥, 6♠ (2 players)
Hero bets $1.35 (All-In), MP3 calls $1.35.

Question: Is it a normal contibet after a minraise of the opponent or does the minbet change anything after I had decided to "ignore" it?
Turn: ($3.75) A♣
River: ($3.75) 7♣

Final Pot: $3.75

Results follow (highlight to see):
MP3 shows [ 8s, Ts ] a pair of Tens
Hero shows [ Qc, Kc ] a flush, Ace high
Hero wins $3.57 USD with a flush, Ace high.

cbet is fine

I don`t like pre-flop though, when I was playing on NL 10$ I had a feeling that thoose late first-in minbets are more likely to indicate strenght then weakness. And by re-raisng here you are actually commited, since you are first to act on flop and will push no matter what... I think with KQ you are likely underdog or fliping... but maybe its too passive

Fold preflop.

Flop push of course.

If opp is loose, you should consider him limper and reraise. Still, I won't do it with cards like KQo and AJo, but KQs is fine. Flop -- push.
