bonuses back then were cleared at 0.05$ per fpp (if I remember right... might have even been 0.06$)... 1 fpp per cent paid in rake.
i dont remember. its just the standard bonus rate, nothing special. i was probably playing 5s as well at that time, it was a long time ago.
if any of you are playing the mFTOPS remember to buy your tickets with FTPs. buying mFTOPS/FTOPS tickets with FTPs is by far the best value per FTP. Even better than black-card bonuses.

fwiw, the best way to force a reg to tighten up their SB range against you is to play back.

Yeah I know. I think its better for me if you raise as wide as possible i guess. We will hardly meet again anyway, i play only mtts and im not a full time player too, so pretty low chance of we meeting again bvb in big fields
