Villain has been 10/9 over 200 hands with no notes. Not sure why I raised so small on the turn. What do you think the best sizing is?

I think your bet sizing.g on turn is not great because you give draws great odds to call. However he might have put you on a draw and pushed which is great because he is unlikely to have KJ and more likely to have KK+ or lower sets.

13.5$ is not terrible, since that would give him chance to bluffshove his draws, but I´d make it a littlebit larger to 17$ to get more value with two pair and lower sets before some ugly river card would come and it goes c/c
