My BR went down from 1000$ to 130$ in under 2 months. Then I had a good month, then bad one again. March looks OK, so far (touch wood). But I have changed poker room and players are much weaker here... 
I look at it this way:
It's much better to experience bad downswing at NL10 than later, say at NL100
Sick month, both in poker and life. Probably the most sickest one.
anyway, I believe life changed my play dramaticaly, f**king neuropsychology.

I hope I will get profit next month, I had many coolers and many bad beats, I wasn't looking at my graph for long so when I saw that all in EV is above 0 I was suprised.
Haven't been playing much, just that many. Didn't have time and so list goes on... And sometimes I was like, oh, what a shitty mood, I beter not go to play poker because I will lose, and here comes "I said that" afterwards.

ok, so even thought I had a downswing last month, and lost like 30$ because of downswing coolers and probably B game, I am back and managed to make all that money in 2 days, 25$ come from today!!! you can call it upswing, but I gues it's ok after 30 days of running bad!!!
Today I moved my bankroll to PartyPoker, got 100$ restricted bonus, that's ok rakeback, plus PartyPoker have NL4, never had I tried that. Sad... Because it is very playable or so.
Tried pokerstars too, really liked that, tilted a bit on the end. Stupid fishes allining every hand, and when I call with monster, they have even bigger monster. Because of not having any rakeback I am not playing there.

I gues taking break worked fine for me, made money in 2 days that I lost in 30 days.

well, I used to say that too. Won 2 Big cointflips, that's all I gues. then skill was ok I gues. I felt a big edge on other players.

Cashed ouy my starting capital and profit on September, then didn't play a lot. Then got 25$ on February and started playing again.
even though I got some good results on Freeroll and other tournament, I still feel like being most unlucky player in the world. Dunno, maybe that's not only me.
How many tables are you playing? If you play more tables and more hands, the variance will be lower (assuming you really have a huge edge)

I play 1-2 tables, so it hurts a bit, I hate those guys calling with runner runner straights and getting it, so sick, I got busted by AA 4 times today. I gues even fish can trap with AA. so sick, was playing like maniac because I got a lot of good hands, but still they called once I raised with mediocre...

trying to learn NL25, so far optimal stress helps me to think. Rake is really high, so maybe I will become gold. But I don't think so, I don't play a lot of hands.
I don't feel lucky or unlucky so far. Variance so far is ok (which is unnormal on that hand sample)
I really hope I will be able to beat NL25 and play it on summer.

For real, tournaments really motivated me, pluss optimal stress adds(no more cents). Never had I beat NL10 or NL4 but it looks like I am adapting to NL25 preaty easily.

Can u tell some tips how do you make that good nonsd winnings? Some "standard bluff spots", some bluffing range.. and how lightly are u going to stack fish / reg?
