If you are talking about the 'MTT Early Bustout Review' from John Little (it is the only video which has $2- in it and is gold): there is afaik only one $2 hand in it, the rest is from higher MTT's. Even the explanations are on a very high level, we considered the content as not adequate for bronze members. Hmm, by using search i found about 20 MTT videos, under which there was written 2$, most of them were from JohnattanLittle, but i admit i don't know about its content, maybe there is wider range of limits included in videos.
Anyways thank you for your reply, and the thing i gonna do is start playing NL cash games after the suspension of my fulltilt account will be taken of, and finally grind my way to the golden statuss
