My opponent is a fish with quite ok postflop stats. The main question is the turn play. Should I bet against this player? There is still probably some value with betting against T + OESD, T + FD. If I will get called what is my plan for the river? C/fold all cards apart from A and 8?

You have to bet the turn because otherwise you're going to get reverse freerolled (opponent checks behind all draws and bets all trips and full houses).

Bet $8 to show him you have something, and fold to a raise.

Bet another $8 on all blank rivers and fold if the flush hits. You could also have considered checking this flop since it isn't really that scary if you wanted to do some pot control.
