I think 3barrelling this villian with low pair is spewy. But you already knew that.

As played, I'd cb flop c/b turn. Be aware this type of villian will l/c TT 88, occasionally AA pre. I don't even think an isoR is required unless you have a read about him l/f or c/f a lot of flops.

if he's playing fit/fold on flops, you need to be raising at least to 4x. If not, you shouldn't prly be raising at all or at max to 3x.

he's playing 11/4. he's gonna fold to a ton of hands. just by opening less we can steal more and put in less $ with our weaker holdings if called making our bluffs cheaper

I like the raise to 4.
Until I have further information I'm toing to assume his opencompleting-range is weak, so the plan is to cbet most flops because he will give up all the small PPs etc.
So I'd cbet here but give up afterwards, especially when a bad card like a 2 falls.

If the turn is a Q+ card I'm probably barreling.
