The way you have played the hand you have to fold. You've turned your hand face up and nobody would ever bluff you here.

The guy has either junk aces that he has slow played for some reason (not sure why he didnt repop preflop) or he does infact have a 4 (more likely quads given the min raise).

You can't call because you bloated the pot preflop, turned your hand face up and hit a super dry flop. It makes no sense at all for your opponent to be bluffing here, so you have to fold.

Oh no, flop was easy call for me - I know all regulars at my site so unknown guys are fish 95% of the time. They don't understand multiway pots dynamics and will stackoff here quite wide. I called and he showed QQT8ss and this is a kind of a hand I expect to see at least 50-60% of the time so my call is profitable. Sorry I should provide more info about "unknown guy".

My question was mainly about preflop. Is it ok sqz? And what kind of factors should I consider when sqzing KK ds with bad side cards?

This is more a question of math than anything else.

You should squeeze if the initial raise came from a loose player. I would expect players with aces to reraise at these stakes, so all that matters is what percentage of the time we are ahead of the initial raiser.

If the initial raiser raises 3% of hands preflop then we should call and see a flop as we are likely against aces. If however he is raising 6% of hands or more, then we should squeeze.

We put in $9 into the pot in the hope of winning the $6 already in the pot. We have to fold if UTG+1 reraises us since I expect this to be aces always.

However the rest of the time, I am confident money goes in with us being ahead preflop, and with double suited kings, that's a good thing.

We have to balance this with being out of position and of course how deep our opponents are, but when 100 bets deep I think we can justify it. 200 bets deep it's probably a preflop call instead.
