mh the free card doesn´t matter much on this board against only one opponent but still i would make my normal contibet just to not become readable... against an perceptive opponent you will have to push here because your stack is only 1,25 times the pot

Of course there is nothing criminal in checking this flop, but you shouldn`t do it without a reason) I am experementing a lot on Ace rag flops against some opponents, but I also play my non-Ace hands the same way (on Ace rag flop against the same opponents). However, if you didn`t bet just because you are not afraid of a freecard, you will likely just look suspicious...

If you want to be tricky here - bet halfpot if you are up against agressive moron, especially if your stack is a bit bigger... this way you will kinda actively "slowplay" your hand)

For cover reasons i would make normal cbet on flop. Its hard for him to catch up, if he hasnt got something in the flop.
So the only thing he could catch up, is something that beat your pair, like 2 pair.
If he called the turn, im sure he would have called on the flop also. Or he gained 2 pairs on turn ( unlikely ).
