2 folds, MP1 checks, 4 folds, SB raises to $0.50, Hero raises to $1.50, MP1 folds, SB raises to $3.00, Hero ...

What should I do?

Depends on the opponent. But if your suspect your opponent - defend by pushing.

Very dependant on opponent, and what the opponent thinks about you.
I was in SB with AQs, AJ made defence by push, had to call my stack was low. Other time i defended same AJ from BB against SB against loose opponent he had 33. But you can run into better cards also.
Without info fold after 2nd reraise.
