Preflop: Hero is MP2 with K, Q
3 folds, Hero raises, MP3 calls, CO calls, 3 folds

Flop: (7.4 SB) 9, 7, Q (3 players)
Hero bets, 1 fold, CO calls

Turn: (4.7 BB) 8 (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls

River: (6.7 BB) 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls

Total pot: $4.35 (8.7 BB) | Rake: $0.20

Please help me to figure out: did I have bet on the river or was it better to play c\c?

overall he got too many 7x and 8x combos that he could call again with... so you should bet the river and he could also have worse Qx combinations or call with 33. who knows. bet/call on the river.
