Ok so i downloaded postgres 8.4 using your link, and when trying to install it i get this message.

"The password specified was incorrect. Please enter the correct password for the postgres windows user account."

I tried the password i used from elephant earlier and nothing else is working either???

what password would this be?

U need delete old postgres net user
1.go and open cmd
2.write there net users postgres/ delete
and done instal new version

Not really sure how to do this, any idea why this hasnt worked netsrak, dunno what the password could be, i think ive done everything youve said and it still aint working.

You need to delete the postgres user as posted by vupix2.
After successful deletion you can assign a new password during the installation.

If you are running windows 7/Vista you need to open the command box as administrator (right click on the icon -> start as administrator).
In the command box type
net user postgres /delete

(spaces between net, user, postgres and /delete but no space between / and delete)

You should see no error messages after running this command.

Installed the new postgres after deleting the old on like you said, created a new password. Then i opened HEM and got an error, something about failure about postgres authenticity.

But then it carried on and i put the password in and it seems to be working and now its asking me to create a new database, is that right?

EDIT: Seems to be working on atm, how do i add my player name to it and connect it to the william hill site?

Seems to be working fine, although for some reason im still having a problem with elephant even though postgres seems to be working now.

Anyway, just wondering how i can move the HUD wen sat at a table, because the stats keep getting in the way of my cards and the betting tab thing.

Also can i customize the stats i want to be shown on the HUD without having to hover over it?

Elephant: you need to edit the database connection data to be the same as for Holdemmanager.

HM:
- Hud positioning: configure the preferred seating of your pokerclient and the seating preferences in hm accordingly (if you don't use this you can skip this step).
* open one table, play at least one hand
* move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions
* table manager -> file -> save positions

* now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats being moved to the correct positions.

Or should i create a thread about this in the elephant support?

I have no experience with Elephant but i think there should be something like database management anywhere.
Searching/Asking in the Elephant forum is probably a good idea

EDIT: Btw is there any way, for example i find a table i might like to sit at, is there anyway i can get peoples stats to come up for the table before i sit down at it, to decide if i actually want to sit down or not?
